I can't write a guide on buying CVV or card data, since that data is almost always stolen and its purchase is illegal.
Redeem your gift cards at any of our Merchants
Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
I won't write a buying tutorial, and nobody who knows what they're talking about will either. A CVV is the security code tied to a specific cardholder's account. When it belongs to someone else, it is a stolen payment credential, and buying, selling, or using one is access device fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1029 in the US, with similar statutes in most other countries. A step-by-step guide to doing that is a guide to a felony, not a shopping tip.
In those Telegram channels, the inventory is not card numbers someone voluntarily handed over. It comes from skimmers on gas pumps and ATMs, phishing pages, merchant data breaches, and insiders at call centers. Sellers dress it up with terms like "fullz," "dumps," and "non-VBV bins." That vocabulary exists to make stolen data sound like a product category. It isn't.
There are legitimate sources. Most major banks and several fintechs issue virtual card numbers you can generate, limit, and cancel from an app. Prepaid cards work for one-off purchases without exposing a main account. Business cards and corporate spend tools handle ad platforms and vendors. The difference is simple: these are issued to you, under your name, with your consent and the issuer's.
Freeze it in your banking app, then call the issuer and dispute anything you don't recognize. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your liability for unauthorized credit card charges is capped at $50, and most issuers waive even that. File a report with the FTC and the FBI's IC3 so the pattern gets recorded.
