Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
In Razorpay test mode, the CVV can be any three-digit number you choose, for example 123. Test cards are sandbox-only numbers that never touch a real card account, so no genuine CVV is required to complete a test payment. The CVV field simply has to be filled with three digits for the form to validate.
Use 123, or any other three-digit value, when the payment page is in test mode. Razorpay's sandbox validates the format of the CVV, not its accuracy, because the number is not checked against an issuing bank. Any future expiry date and any cardholder name will also pass.
If a test payment fails at the CVV step, the cause is usually a form validation issue on your integration, such as a masked input returning fewer than three digits. Log the raw field value before it is submitted.
Razorpay publishes a set of sandbox card numbers in its official test card documentation. Commonly referenced examples include:
Card numbers, expiry rules, and failure-simulation cards change over time, so confirm the current list in the Razorpay dashboard under test mode before you build test cases around a specific number.
No. Test mode uses a separate sandbox environment with no connection to card networks, so real card credentials add nothing and should never be entered. Developers who paste live card details into a test dashboard create a security exposure for no benefit.
Test cards can trigger a simulated 3DS challenge, and the sandbox displays the test OTP on screen or in the documentation. Enter the OTP shown in the test flow rather than guessing, since some test cards skip the challenge entirely. Capture both the success and the abandoned-challenge paths in your test plan.
A CVV is generated by the issuing bank and printed or embedded with the card, so it cannot be bought, sold, or generated by a website. Card verification values are protected under PCI DSS, and trading card data is a criminal offense in most jurisdictions. Any site offering to sell CVVs is either committing fraud or scamming the buyer.
