Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
Razorpay sandbox test cards are card numbers that work in test mode. The Visa number 4111 1111 1111 1111, CVV 123, and a future expiry date produce a successful payment. The Mastercard number 5267 3181 8797 5449 and the Amex number 3782 822463 10005 behave the same way. Test mode moves no money. These numbers tie to no bank account.
Use test cards with test API keys. Keys that start with rzp_test_ open the sandbox. Keys that start with rzp_live_ hit the live network, and test card numbers return an error there.
Razorpay runs two environments. The sandbox holds test payments, test refunds, and test settlements. The live environment holds real transactions. Dashboards, webhooks, and API responses stay in the environment that created them. A payment id from test mode does not exist in live mode. Test mode also skips the bank hop, so a capture returns in seconds.
The security code is 123 for Visa and Mastercard. Amex cards carry a 4-digit code on the front. Any month and year in the future passes the expiry check. When the sandbox asks for a 3DS one-time password, enter 1234. If the prompt rejects that value, read the test card list inside the Razorpay Dashboard, since Razorpay updates the numbers.
Razorpay lists separate test cards for decline paths, such as insufficient funds, card declined, and expired card. Those numbers sit in the same dashboard card list. Read that list before a test run. Third-party blog posts go stale, and a wrong card number looks like a code bug.
The published test numbers carry no value and belong to no cardholder. Live card numbers follow a different rule. PCI DSS bars storage of the full card number after authorization unless the merchant holds the required compliance level. In India, RBI rules require tokenization for card data that a merchant keeps.
One limit stands out: test cards fail against live keys, and live cards fail against test keys. Keep the two key sets apart in your config files.
