Redeem your gift cards at any of our Merchants
Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
CVV test case design is the work of writing checks that confirm a payment form handles the card security code the way the card brands and your processor require. Each case names the card brand, the input value, the expected field behavior, and the expected authorization result. Valid and invalid codes each get their own row.
Run every case against sandbox card numbers. Live card data falls under PCI DSS storage rules, and the code itself must never land in your test database, logs, or bug reports.
CVV behavior splits into four groups: input format, brand rules, field behavior, and authorization outcome.
Most defects in a CVV field come from the negative side. Cover a value that is too long, a value that is too short, a non-numeric value, a whitespace-only value, a mismatch, and a processor response of not checked. Also test the case where the user submits twice and the first request is still open.
The set is complete when every accepted brand has one positive case, one short case, one over-length case, one character case, and one mismatch case, and when no case returns a code value in a log or a response body. Sign off only after the full set runs on the release build.
