Redeem your gift cards at any of our Merchants
Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
No. A CVV is the 3 or 4 digit code printed on a payment card. It exists to prove the person paying holds the physical card. Selling that code, or the card number it belongs to, is a federal crime in the United States. There is no licensed dealer, no regulated exchange, and no consumer protection. Every site that advertises fresh CVV data sells stolen numbers or takes payment and delivers nothing.
18 U.S.C. § 1029 covers fraud in connection with access devices. Producing, selling, or possessing card numbers and CVV codes with intent to defraud carries up to 10 years for a first offense and up to 15 years for a repeat offense. 18 U.S.C. § 1028A adds a mandatory 2 years for aggravated identity theft when the data belongs to a real person. Prosecutors charge buyers, sellers, and site operators. The Department of Justice publishes these cases each year.
Card networks and PCI DSS require merchants to delete the CVV after a single authorization. A file of usable CVV codes comes from a breach, a skimmer, or a dishonest employee. No legal supply chain produces one.
Most CVV shops run one of three models:
Buyers have no recourse. A chargeback for stolen card data requires confessing to a crime.
The FBI, the U.S. Secret Service, and partner agencies seize carding sites and arrest operators. Domains go dark without notice. Any balance held on such a site is gone.
Banks issue virtual cards with their own number and CVV. A virtual card ties to your account and expires after one use. That gives the same convenience with a paper trail and fraud protection.
