Redeem your gift cards at any of our Merchants
Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
Do not buy test BIN numbers from any third party. Payment processors publish test card numbers for free in their developer documentation. These numbers work only in sandbox or test mode. If someone sells you "test BINs" or CVV data, that is a fraud risk and likely illegal. Use the test card values from your own payment gateway account.
A BIN (Bank Identification Number) is the first six to eight digits of a card number. It identifies the issuing bank and card type. A test BIN is a made-up prefix that a payment processor reserves for test transactions. Test BINs do not link to real accounts. They trigger sandbox responses such as approvals, declines, or errors. Common test BIN examples include 4242 for Visa test cards and 5555 for Mastercard test cards, but exact values depend on the processor.
No. Reputable processors give them away. A seller who charges for test BINs is likely selling stolen card data or a scam.
No. They are sandbox placeholders. They cannot be used for real purchases.
Use your payment processor's official test mode, test API keys, and published test card numbers. Never use live card data in a test environment.
Sandboxes simulate CVV checks. They do not validate a real CVV. Use the test values your gateway documents.
