Redeem your gift cards at any of our Merchants
Onyx Gift Cards is a Grenadian company designed to introduce, market and manage gift cards systems in Grenada for retailers and corporations. We are enthusiastic about the effect and influence we will have on the local market. We intend to expand our systems regionally with a range of product offerings and services.
Gift cards are the preferred way of giving and receiving gifts. They carry a monetary value that can be redeemed for gifts at your favorite store.
Onyx GiftCards are “Open Gift Cards” which means that they can be redeemed at multiple merchant locations. They are standard credit card size, can fit into the average wallet and made of PVC plastic. Onyx GiftCards are Barcoded for security and safety for the consumer and bear a disclaimer at the back.
Onyx Giftcards can be bought with a branded Card backer which is black in colour and is designed to fit the card. There is an area to write a brief message to the recipient as well.
The PayPal Sandbox card test system is a closed test environment where developers submit fake card numbers and watch how PayPal responds. No real money moves, no bank is contacted, and no real card is charged. Test cards work only against Sandbox accounts and Sandbox API credentials. The live PayPal environment rejects them.
You use it to check three things: that your checkout calls reach PayPal, that approved payments complete, and that your code handles declines and error responses without breaking.
Widely published Sandbox numbers include Visa 4111111111111111, Mastercard 5555555555554444, American Express 378282246310005, and Discover 6011111111111117. Use any expiration date in the future. For US Sandbox accounts, pair the number with a billing ZIP code in valid format. Always check the current list inside the Developer Dashboard, because PayPal updates its test data.
A successful run returns a completed status on the order or payment object, and the transaction appears in the Sandbox Business account activity. A simulated failure returns a specific error code, such as a declined instrument or an expired card, at the point in the flow where your code should branch. Match each code to a handler before you move to live credentials.
